A Day of “Scion-tology”

Yesterday we took a Sunday off from the church building and decided to have church together as a family in the Scion on the back roads of Texas while listening to music and taking photos of our kids at random stops.

For many reasons, it was probably the best time we’ve had in awhile as a family. I got a little carried away with the camera and took over 180 photos throughout the day. I even took photos of my camera! Chelan and I chose the top 68 photos to share with you.

Poppa Rick & Granny’s

We loaded up the Scion and headed to Tyler for the weekend.

We had a great time. Poppa Rick & Granny took the us all to a Science Discovery Center. Braylon got to climb around in a real ambulance. As he was getting out, he fell face first and luckily only scratched his nose. Good thing there was an Ambulance right there! 

We went to Bodacious BBQ and Braylon had “real bbq” smoked turkey for the first time and loved it. Then we went to Toys R’ Us and Angel got her first Trike. Now Angel can ride along with Braylon or at least try.

I took alot of photos and they can all be seen HERE. Alot of the photos are fuzzy/blurry because I’m still learning how to use my camera without having it on Auto. Enjoy.
